Chat Overview - Cloosphere Guide

Cloosphere Chat goes beyond simple conversation: it’s a comprehensive AI workspace supporting file analysis, code execution, web search, image generation, and voice conversations.

Chat Flow

When you send a message, it’s processed through this flow.

Chat Screen Layout

Area	Description
Sidebar	New Chat, search (tag filtering via `tag:`), Projects, My Chats (folders and chat list), Workspace access — Channels and Scheduled Tasks sections also appear depending on your permissions and instance settings
Chat Header	Model selection, multi-model add, More (⋯) menu (Share, Overview, Artifacts, Download, Copy, Tags), Guide Q&A, Notifications
Message Area	Conversation display, response branch navigation, response toolbar
Input Area	Text input, More (+) menu — Capture, Upload Files and other attachment options plus turning on Web Search / Image Generation, Record voice, Call
Right Panel	Overview (conversation flow) · Artifacts · Chat Controls (system prompt, advanced params) — see Tuning Model Parameters for how to open it

The model selector in the chat header is available right away in a new chat. The More (⋯) menu on the right appears only after you send the first message.

Command System

Use special-prefix commands in the input box to invoke features quickly.

A set of action buttons sits below each AI response.

Button	Action
Edit	Edit the AI response content directly
Copy	Copy the full response to the clipboard
Read Aloud	Read the response aloud with TTS
Good Response	Response quality feedback — thumbs up
Bad Response	Response quality feedback — thumbs down (optional comment)
Continue Response	Continue generating a truncated response
Regenerate	Request a new response for the same prompt
View Trace / Copy Message ID	With trace access, opens the tracing view in the Admin Panel in a new tab. Without it, the button becomes Copy Message ID and copies the chat ID and message ID to the clipboard

Select text inside a response to reveal two more actions: Ask and Explain.

Editing a user message preserves the original and creates a new branch. Use the left/right arrows to navigate between branches.
